AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I stayed here for 10 days in the summer. I had been there for nearly a week and they hadn’t changed the bed sheets yet despite me asking at reception twice.
I woke up one morning, absolutely covered in bites. The bed was INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. In total there were over 100 bites across my body, which were very painful. I had to call 111 and arrange a consultation at a nearby pharmacy. Other than put me in a different room, Travelodge have been largely unhelpful and refuse and responsibility for the issue. They have been absolutely disgraceful in my opinion. Also the rooms are tiny, the staff were mostly incompetent and rude, and the breakfast is dreadful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
