The hotel has a great location within walking distance of many of the downtown attractions of the city of Vancouver. The room was comfortable and relatively spacious. Being disabled I had no problem with accessibility. The only problem was that one of the two lifts was out of order and there were a large number of guests trying to get to the lobby to go on a tour with the result that it was twenty minutes before a lift came which had enough room for the wheelchair! Good hotel for disabled friendly user.
