The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a disabled person, with a wet room and two queen size beds on the second floor but the hotel has a lift so no problem. The toilet was far to close to the sink and wall, and could do with a new seat it had seen better days and the black was wearing off. On entering and exiting the hotel there is a ramp. We had a really comfortable night and would recommend this hotel.
