I had a great experience at this hotel during my recent stay. I had prior requested for accessible room and they gave me accessible accommodation on arrival. Room was spacious and would easily accommodate a wheel chair, the bed was not the typical overstuffed , over fluffy bed that is difficult to get in and out of. Right height and comfortable. They also had a peep hole in the door wheel chair height. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower and was really very stylish. Not the typical ugly bathroom usually offered if you request a walk in shower. The bars in the bathrooms were in all the right places and the door to the bathroom was sliding which was really very user friendly. The pool was another plus, they had a small, shallow pool with a ramp with rails. Common areas were easy to navigate and for some reason I really liked the carpet. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time.
