I stayed at this hotel in Henderson and found it to be clean, well designed and friendly environment. But was bit disappointed in terms of accessible accommodation. The accessibility for disabled is not as good as it could be. Much of the accessibility is very good, but if you are travelling alone, you will find that the thermostat is behind the TV and a bit high, and the shower handles can’t be reached from the back of the tub when sitting on the bath seat. If you call the front desk they will gladly help, however, the point of a disabled room is to function so that you don’t need extra help when travelling alone. Apart from this, i had a wonderful stay and staff was highly accommodating.
