Have been to this hotel for two night stay and it was a nice hotel with near lots of Restaurents, Shops, Entertainment, etc. Accessible parking bays available for blue badge holders. Requested for disabled room and got it easily as it was available. Parking was free. Staff was very good, as was the room service. We had a disabled access room, with walk in shower, which was very convenient for our needs. The shower room needs grab rails, shower seat maintenance on shower. Overall good experience and good hotel to stay with special needs guests. Go for it.
