My client got me accommodation here on my recent business visit to London. I got accessible room on request, the wheelchair accessible room was very good indeed. It had all the things you’d expect, like wide doors & a wet room. As a wheelchair user, this hotel was excellent and able to facilitate my every need. A good night’s sleep was followed by a fresh breakfast with the very friendly staff making everyone welcome, clearing and cleaning tables. The service was very efficient and it was a comfortable stay.
