The staff were amazing, even providing a wheelchair for assistance. The staff were not only helpful but also very friendly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel – made for a great nights sleep. Excellent amenities in the bathroom and plush towels. Also, incredibly quiet. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the hotel from the cruise terminal. Easy to get around and find things.
