As always the staff are most welcoming and helpful. The hotel offers excellent facilities and it’s location is beautiful. The Hotel is accessible to wheelchair users on the ground floor but the lift are too small for most of the chairs. The shower screen was off it’s runners and in danger of falling off. This hotel doesn’t have disabled car parking space. Many problems for Disabled user.
