No car park for disabled was near the lifts and there are 2 flights of steps to get to the lift. The pool does not have rails/ramp to enter / exit the pool. Staff was very helpful in arranging room for disabled. Bathroom has very slippery tiles and no place to keep shampoo or other things in shower. The room was not completely accessible but good for a quick stay.
