attended a concert there for the first time with a friend who is permanently handicapped. My friend was one of the first people to arrive and request handicapped seating and was offered a chair next to the railing in the left rear of the building. As more disabled folks arrived, they were lined up behind him. The location of where these folks were seated all had obstructed views and could not have been much further from the stage.
