The front door is downstairs while the reception desk is upstairs, so there is no one to help you to opn the heavy front doors. Stayed in one bedroom disabled apartment. The disabled bathroom is a true wet room and was thoughtfully designed and there was plenty of room in the apartment for guests with wheelchair. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Will visit again.
