If you are a wheelchair user don’t stay over here. They advertise about accessible rooms but when I arrived at hotel, found steps to the entrance, on duty manager was not knowing were the ramps are stored for disabled customers, after some time they found the ramps but were short to cover up all steps and it was not possible to lift me up to get through the entrance. Than I was informed that they do not have refund policies m but after a long argument they agreed for the refund and I have to search for another place to stay overnight.
