As a disabled customer I found the room and facilities outstanding. Room was clean, tidy and modern. A 30 min walk from wembley stadium and the reception and bar are open 24/7 and no matter what time of the day you are welcomed with a warm smile. Checking in was easy and I was shown to the room for full information on the facilities. During the stay all the staff was so helpful and friendly,
