Inspite of having booked a ground floor room for a disabled elderly aunt, we were given a room at the farthest end of the hotel there were many steps to the room as well as additional steps within the room itself. The Hotel was initially not able or willing to correct this mistake. The hotel is tired, the housekeeping staff is inattentive to cleaning details and the management seemed overwhelmed by our request for a new room.
