The checking in was extremely smooth and all the staff were very attentive to all of our needs. Rooms were spacious and suited our needs. Disabled access at this hotel was top rate too, wherever there were steps there were slopes even in places where some hotels wouldn’t have bothered eg part of the bar area was raised [one step] – even this area had a slope.
