Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was not a problem for us as we used our disabled badge. The room size was good and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Disabled rails for toilet, big tick, grab rails in the shower-bath, big tick, oodles of room to move around. Big shower cubicle with non-slip flooring. All toiletries there. Any problems were swiftly dealt with by the excellent ‘at your service’ team.
