I required a room with proper disabled facilities and was not disappointed. Our cabin had remote control lights, curtains and air conditioning. The room was serviced and fresh towels provided twice a day – which were needed as the wet room shower with both rain shower and hand held showers tended to soak the bathroom floor. The staff were all very helpful and we never had a bad meal on board. Every part of the hotel could be reached by the disabled and there was always at least one lift working.
