Recently visited Canton for conference and got accommodation at this hotel. I requested for accessible room at check-in and staff was kind enough to understand my needs and provide me one. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, everything was in excellent working order. Bathroom had roll-in shower and shower bars, it can be used easily. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and handicapped accessible. The free breakfast was more than Continental hot and plenty of choices. The staff were courteous and friendly.
