I have been to St Paul's on numerous occasions as a visitor and to attend a service of remembrance. Access is via a long ramp at the side of the cathedral, but once inside everything else is straightforward. Not all of the building is accessible - such as the dome. But there is a lift to take you down to the crypts and other chapels in of the cathedral. Here you will also find a gift shop and a cafe for refreshments. The elevators here are cramped so be aware of that and the toilet has the usual space issues.
