We arrived by taxi, so I do not know about the parking. However, the arrival door is on the floor beneath the lobby so there is a bit of fuss with the luggage etc. I recommend finding a Bell Boy to help. Check-in was not so easy as my room was no longer available as the current guest had extended their stay! It took a little while to get another room sorted out, but the hotel gave me food vouchers to compensate. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The room we eventually got was spacious enough and the bathroom was pretty good too. There is a lot of history in this hotel and it is worth doing the tour. The bar on lobby level is busy so a table can be hard to come by. The breakfast restaurant was brilliant and so was the food. It was centrally located for our needs and a station to the elevated train was just along the street.
