Accessible parking very difficult to find but outside normal parking available. Museum is stuffed full of local social history made accessible to children through a range of hands on experiences. Also has temporary displays – currently gizmo bots and we’ve previously enjoyed dinosaurs, lego. The garden is just breath taking. Lovingly managed by a dedicated bunch of volunteers, the garden is a hidden sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, and held in the hearts of many a local current and past. Accessible toilets available at the museum which is good for disabled. Little bit difficult for wheelchair user. Overall good visit.
