We stayed here for two nights in a disabled accessible room. Parking was good and near the entrance. Another major drawback the accessible room I don’t feel was very accessible as there was a bath which had a couple of grab rails but in the complete wrong places to be of any benefit. The shower was over the bath, which was extremely unsafe in my opinion and unsuitable to me and mostly to all disabled users. If you are disabled and need a walk in shower then don’t consider this particular Premier Inn. Also there is no lift so if you didnt get the ground floor room then again difficult for disabled users. Desk service very good. But overall not a disabled friendly stay.
