The staff was very helpful and kind especially for wheelchair users. They dont have accessible rooms but will you the ground floor room which is quite good although lack of disability features but ok. No accessible toilets nor the bathroom. Level access to ground floor rooms. No lift so advised to take only ground floor room if disabled. Others all good.
