During the booking over telephonic I was told to use multi-story car park but no disabled parking spaces, so difficult to get out in car, and no lift! I had to drive out of car park, drop off my wife, then re-enter to park and then go down stairs. The disabled access rooms on the first floor are indeed universally accessible, the bathrooms however are a different matter. We had an over shower bath with handrails all over, handy if you can get in an unadapted bath. Overall Ok of course for the able-bodied, but not really fair on disabled people!
