By confirming the telephonic for the wheelchair friendly room before 3 months of booking and on arrival we got the room on the upper floor which was not at all accessible as no lift and my partner is wheelchair user. Staff not at all supportive no sorry nothing. We were treated as a number with no humanity just told we had agreed to terms and conditions and that was that ,so we left feeling poorly treated and let down by the receptionist. Just a shame on the management. Totally avoid this hotel.
