To start with the disabled parking bays were used by the non badge holders and no one too look after that. On arrival we explained the situation of disabled partner and the friendly and helpful lady receptionist, immediately offered us a disabled room, with a walk in shower, which we gladly accepted. The room was delightful, and spacious, with LED lighting and concealed lighting too, together with a large flat screen TV. The bathroom was very large too with a walk in shower and lots of hand holds for safety. Excellent service. Will use this hotel again in future for sure.
