I booked 2 nights here and the best I could get was a disabled room including breakfast. The room was on the ground floor. I chose Premier Inn as they had a room with disabled facilities. Check-in was very straightforward, the disabled room has a lower bed than standard rooms and there are grab rails in the bathroom. I was expecting a walk in shower but the shower was over the bath, not much good if you are unable to climb in and out. I ate at the Beefeater next door which was handy, it is also where breakfast is served in the morning. I slept very well, breakfast was good and plentiful with very helpful and attentive staff. Great stay.
