We have stayed at this hotel several times and never disappointed. We also booked a disabled room in advance only. Check in was seamless and quick. The room was a fantastic size and lovely and the wet room was large and very nice. Disabled parking available but only for blue badge holder who are carrying. So do have your blue badge with you during stay and so only blue badge holders are using the disabled bays. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was totally suitable for disabled friendly with wet room and alarm buttons. Our stay was pleasant overall.
