Stayed for one night in a disabled room which was booked in the advance. Room was clean, bed clean and comfortable, extra pillows available, everything you would expect. The bathroom was freezing, no heating, not even a heated towel rail. So cold we could not have a shower so not expected for me. Girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. Accessible parking was available near the entrance gate of the hotel. Good stay for me except bathroom issue.
