On arrival found the parking little bit tricky. Given a disabled room-apparently all that was available. It had a huge wet room with no form of heating whatsoever and decoration in need of attention. I was in a wheelchair, showering in an icy room would have been even more unpleasant than for me dashing in and out. Hotel not suitable for disabled people, narrow windy staircase and even narrower hallways! The staff are very helpful, but not all, some only. Location of the hotel is only great. Not a disabled friendly hotel.
