The hotel location was great as on the waterfront and walking distance into Caernarfon. No parking near the hotel for the disabled guests which was difficult for me during my stay. Reception on first floor, so was not really convenient for wheelchair user again, but welcome was warm by the helpful and friendly staff. Lift to all floors and card keys to access corridors and rooms. We had an accessible room, room was big enough to move the wheelchair around. No late night noise and had a great night sleep. Overall good average experience except parking and reception area.
