I wish they had disabled parking bays as I needed a wider access point to get in and out the car. Asked for the accessible room but denied as they dont have any and allotted me the ground floor room as i am with wheelchair. The room was clean but basic so as the bathroom bit difficult with wheelchair users as it has lack of accessibility. The staff was helpful and friendly as they always had asked if they need any help being a wheelchair users. Overall basic stay i would say and not accessible.
