We arrived over the Holiday weekend and took the disabled room which was so close to the reception desk and no stairs. The room itself was fine and enough for wheelchair access. The bathroom fitments and bath with shower over, were low and there were plenty of grab rails. However wet room is required. The room was ground floor and overlooked the car park but there was little noise, so no problem. Reception and restaurant staff were courteous and cheerful. Meals were served at The Hungry Horse Restaurant which was accessed through the Hotel. Overall great stay and accessible too.
