Booked the disabled room in advance only as disabled. I was assured that I could have a wet room for my booking. On arrival of the hotel and entered to my room. The bathroom was NOT a wet room but a room with a shower over bath. Granted there are multiple handrails and an alarm but with limited mobility could only just manage to use the shower. The room was spacious and clean. I was really very impressed with the level of service and customer care provided by caring and well trained staff and depressed by the bath. Breakfast average but plenty to choose from. Average stay.
