We stayed here for one night on the way to our final destination. When we booked we phoned the hotel and fortunately some lady answered the phone; once again staff dealt with our request for a disabled ground floor room and a room next door. Our rooms were spotless as usual and this is one of the reasons why we stay at this premier Inn. Only one drawback as there is no lift. The cooked breakfast had a good choice of food. The staff work hard and are really helpful and pleasant. We were so pleased and we enjoyed our stay due to this.
