On arrival the lobby looks extremely high class. So does the exterior. The whole experience was very professional from bookings & preparation to choice of banquet room and service. We are grateful for having the Katherine Tate room made available at the last minute as we had several wheelchair users and the room was very convenient both in size and location. The hotel was clean, tidy & all of the staff were helpful & friendly.
