On arrival on an unpleasant evening I was greeted with disable parking bays adjacent to the main entrance, very helpful to me as i am disabled. On entering I was met by a very cheerful young lady receptionist who took care of the formalities and explained the new type of room access which was disabled room as i requested and it was very helpful. Good lift access and room was excellent with all the necessary amenities. We had the space, walk in shower and call buttons we needed. Can’t wait for our next visit.
