On arrival, the staff were friendly and efficient, and we found the room as we requested disabled access and close to the accessible car park. The room was clean, the bed soft but comfortable, and the room was mostly quiet, despite being near Reception. The handicap shower was wonderful. Had all disabled facilities at the hotel and in the room also. Breakfast in the room was also good and enjoyed my stay over here. Would definitely staying here.
