When we arrived for our two-night stay, the receptionist remembered us from our previous visit and recalled that my partner had negotiated the stairs with some difficulty. The receptionist immediately offered accessible room on the ground floor. The room was very large and spacious with all disabled facilities in that. Also brought us extra towels. Beds and pillows so comfy. This was well up to standard in terms of cleanliness and amenities; but it was the staff who made it outstanding.
