Easily found off the A12 at the services. Parking can be limited by the large vans that park overnight, but a space can normally be found somewhere. Disabled parking is right outside the reception door. There is a lift to all floors. Staff are polite and are very helpful. Restaurant is value for money, i would suggest using one of the meal deals. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Disabled room has bath in place of walk in shower which is not at all suitable to me so poor disabled facilities i can say. Apart from that good place to stay.
