Have just stayed 2 nights in this hotel with family while attending one event nearby the hotel. The hotel is brilliant. Conveniently located close to the London attractions and city centre. The disabled rooms are comfortable, beds great and the staff are amazing. Very disabled friendly. The staff go out of their way to help and cannot do enough to make sure you are having a good stay. We ate in the restaurant each evening and again were very happy with the variety and quality of the food served. Breakfast was also really good. We will stay again in this hotel in future time.
