I stayed for a weekend while visiting relatives nearby. Needed a hotel because I’m disabled and can’t climb their stairs to bed, so the hotel was a convenient option and booked the disabled room at this hotel. This Premier Inn is a pretty standard offering room wise and price wise. We always stay here though, because the staff are so helpful, pleasant and cheery and it’s a refreshing change from those who just go through the motions. The hotel is clean, well maintained and has a decent amount of disabled parking. The hotel had provided everything I needed to make me comfortable in the disabled room. Will be visiting again.
