The location is beautiful and the lounge has a wonderful outlook over Southampton Water and the views are beautiful. The staff and volunteers are always on hand to look after you and help. Got the disabled room with walk in shower and the disabled facilities were up to date with roll in shower and grab rails. The food was so tasty. The beds and pillows were very comfortable in the room. Overall great stay and will definitely return to this place in future. No issue of disability.
