Near to airport and central London. Small car park which charges as per night, had no problem finding a space. Disabled and pushchair access. The rooms are very clean with disabled rooms available to book. Staff take pride in what they do for customers and are very helpful. We had a disabled room. It was near to reception, however the bed was very very low and the bathroom totally unsuitable – a shower over a bath with extensive grab rails is not in my opinion adequate for a disabled person. Lovely hotel except bathroom. Lovely food. Lovely staff. Recommends.
