Although the hotel has big name brand but didnt found any accessibility for disabled peoples. Parking is free but no accessible parking bay. No disabled access room. I stayed in the Superior Room. The room was freezing, and I had to sleep with two pairs of socks on. There are very few electrical sockets which means you cant dry your hair anywhere near a mirror and the lighting overall is very poor for getting dressed for a night out. If you are wheelchair bound, or not good with stairs, dont stay here. When I entered the bathroom, the shower plinth was hanging off. There is also no restaurant in the hotel, only a breakfast room. Dont get me wrong, the continental breakfast was nice, but you have to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. Very bad stay as i am disable.d
