I booked to stay at Sopwell House in a disabled room. For a disabled room it was down a long corridor and into a lift to the first floor. The lift was very small and barely enough room for a wheelchair! The room however was what I thought it would be for a 4 star hotel, as it was a Deluxe room it was very large and definitely enough room for the two of us. There were steps up to the changing room, again not good if you are disabled. Disabled toilets were not close by and were located in the function part of the hotel. A beautiful setting with ample car parking and open space. Average good stay for me.
