My request for a wheelchair accessible room was ignored and I was put into an ordinary one even after rooms were available and didn’t narrated the reason also. Reception staff didn’t know there were specially adapted rooms. Housekeeping didn’t bother to clean the room. The bathroom door was about 2cm wider than the wheelchair but there were no grab rails. The room was also very noisy as it was beside the lifts and the window overlooked the noisy lobby. Stay away disabled guests.
