Disabled bays couldn’t be closer to the entrance. Our problem comes from the accessibility of the hotel. Our daughter has disabled problem and cant walk much and so we needed rooms close to reception. In addition we needed connecting rooms and I was surprised at that point to find the one accessible room has no connecting room. It was confirmed during the booking that yes, connecting rooms closest to reception would be allocated and we were given our rooms, on noting they were second floor. I asked for the accessible changing room and was told no there wasn’t one. But, there was a disabled toilet we could use. Please ignore completely if you cant walk.
