    We arrived to find the disabled parking spaces filled with four cars not showing a disabled badge so struggled to find a parking space but later on staff helped in parking the car to disabled parking. The disabled bathroom was out of order, through no fault of the staff who were very helpful & willing to help us find another suitable bathroom. Got an accessible en suite which was good enough cannot make any fault in that. Outdated needs maintenance. Overall average experience.
